Valencia finally agreed with the Russian club Rubin Kazan. "Los Ches" was formally proposed to Paraguay striker Nelson Haedo Valdez, on loan.
"The agreement will take effect after the player passes the medical test," the statement on the club's official website on Tuesday (08/14/2012).
Valencia do need a classy player after qualifying for the Champions League this season with a ticket as the third ranked BBVA League in 2012.
"A heavy task to ensure the arrival of Nelson because he was one of Rubin's flagship player," said Braulio Vazquez, Director of Sports Valencia.
"It will be an important player for us because it fits his style with the players we have. He will give us a lot of goals. We believe that," said Vazquez.
Valdez's first task was messing around, banging on the net at the same time the host champions league, Real Madrid, on Sunday (8/19/2012).
